How many practice tests are included?

This course includes 12 full-length practice exams, each with 79 multiple-choice questions — the same format and length as the actual Ohio STNA written competency exam administered by D&S Diversified Technologies (Headmaster).

Are these questions the same as the real state exam?

No — these are original practice questions, not leaked or copied exam items. However, every question is written to match the Ohio NATCEP curriculum domains, difficulty level, and question style used on the real state exam. This gives you authentic test-day practice without violating any testing policies.

What score do I need to pass?

The real Ohio STNA exam requires a 70% score to pass (56 out of 79 correct). Our practice exams use the same passing threshold so you can gauge your readiness. After each attempt, you will see your score breakdown by content area to help you focus your study time.

Can I retake the practice exams?

Yes! You have unlimited attempts on every exam. Questions are shuffled each time so you get a fresh experience. We recommend retaking exams until you consistently score 80% or higher before sitting for the real test.

Do I need to be enrolled in a training program to use this?

No. Anyone preparing for the Ohio STNA exam can purchase and use these practice tests — whether you are a current Med-Cert student, enrolled at another school, or studying independently. However, you must complete an approved NATCEP training program before you can sit for the official state exam.

How long do I have access to the exams?

Once you purchase the course, you have lifetime access to all 12 practice exams. Study at your own pace, revisit exams as many times as you need, and come back anytime — even after you pass the state test — to refresh your knowledge.
